Bedou Magic: What It Really Is, and Why I Do Not Practise It

You searched for a magic wallet, bedou magic from Benin, a wallet that fills itself. So let me save you some money straight away: a leather wallet that refills itself overnight does not exist. Anyone selling you one is lying.

But bedou is real. It comes from the royal courts of Dahomey, and it works nothing like the adverts. I will tell you exactly what it is: the types, the conditions, the history. And I will tell you honestly why I do not practise it myself, and what I do instead. That part may be more useful to you than what you came looking for.

What bedou really is, not the version sold online

Bedou is not a physical wallet. It is an ancestral technique from the kings of Dahomey that works on the money itself, the notes, so that they return to their owner or draw other money towards them. The power is not in the object. In the tradition, it lives in the intention the ritual places on the money.

The picture most people have, a bag bought online that fills up on its own at night, is a sales image. It simplifies and distorts a real practice.

The real practice is different. In the tradition, money can carry a precise intention. A note worked by a bedou ritual is said to behave differently from an ordinary one, drawn back towards its owner like iron to a magnet.

This knowledge is old. It was created and mastered in the royal courts of Dahomey, and it passes from family to family. You will not find it in an online shop or behind an order form. If someone sells you a real bedou over WhatsApp, with a bank transfer and no consultation first, they are selling you an object with no power.

The three kinds of bedou, and what each one is for

Dahomey tradition knows several forms of bedou. The return bedou brings back the money you spend. The attraction bedou changes your surroundings so that money flows towards you. The release bedou frees money that is stuck somewhere, in a debt or a deal. Each one answers a specific financial problem.

The return bedou is the one people ask for most. You pay for the month: rent, food, bills. In the weeks that follow, the tradition says, the same amount or more comes back through unexpected doors. A client who returns. A refund you had forgotten. A contract that finally lands.

The attraction bedou works on the invisible space around you. Opportunities multiply. The right people turn up at the right time. Deals close more easily. For a trader, customers come back on their own.

The release bedou answers a particular problem: money that is blocked. A debt nobody repays. A business partner who never pays you. An investment that is frozen. This form works on freeing those blocked flows.

Is bedou dangerous? And where do the scams come from?

An authentic bedou, prepared in the Dahomey tradition, carries no hidden danger and does not turn against its owner. But it comes with real commitments: certain food prohibitions, a regular practice of sharing, and periodic upkeep. This is exactly where most online sellers lie. A real bedou has serious conditions. If it has none, it is not a real bedou.

The logic is simple. Every serious spiritual practice asks something of you. An Oshole has its taboos. A Fa ritual has its offerings. A bedou has its upkeep. If someone promises you something with no conditions, no effort and guaranteed results in 48 hours, they are lying to you.

Bedou scams are everywhere online. Sites promise money multipliers worth millions a week. Unknown WhatsApp numbers sell real bedou from Benin for 500 euros. Photos of stacks of banknotes to convince you. That is fraud. Not Vodun, not the tradition of Dahomey. Fraud.

A real bedou practitioner knows their lineage and can name their masters. They consult before anything else. They give you precise conditions. And they never promise you a figure. For the full checklist, read how to spot a fake spiritual healer.

Why I do not practise bedou, and what I offer instead

I do not practise bedou. It is not my speciality, and I have not received that specific transmission. Telling you so is how I respect you. What I do instead, and it is often better suited, is consult the Fa to see exactly what is blocking your relationship with money, then prepare the Oshole or Imoule that matches your own spiritual profile.

Here is the difference. Bedou is a tool that works on the money itself. The Oshole I prepare after a Fa reading is made for you alone. It works on your energy, your particular block, your Fa sign.

If your problem is that money never stays, that you spend everything and can never save, there may be a precise spiritual reason for it. A broken taboo. A working placed on you. An ancestral matter left unresolved. The Fa sees it. And once we know what it is, we can work on it directly. It is more targeted, and in my experience more lasting.

Bedou or a Fa reading: which is right for you?

The honest answer: it depends on your situation. If your family holds an authentic transmission that gives you access to a real bedou, that is a genuine option. But if you do not know whom to trust, if you have already been scammed, or if you want a solution built around your own block, a Fa reading followed by the right Oshole is safer and more complete.

What I tell people who come to me looking for a magic wallet: first, we consult the Fa together. We see what your sign reveals about your relationship with wealth. Then we decide together which preparation, Oshole, Imoule or a Vodun ritual from Ouidah, fits your situation and your budget.

A word on the name. Vodun is often written Voodoo in the West, a spelling that carries a century of distortion. What I practise is Vodun, the living tradition of Ouidah, in Benin.

Common questions

Does bedou magic from Benin really exist?

The practice exists. It comes from the tradition of the kings of Dahomey and works on the money itself, not on a physical wallet, so that it returns to its owner or draws more money in. The commercial version sold online, with no conditions and no consultation, has nothing to do with that authentic tradition.

How do I find a genuine bedou practitioner?

A genuine practitioner can name their line of transmission, consults you first, gives you precise upkeep conditions, and never promises you a fixed amount. If someone guarantees you a million a week with no effort, they are not a serious practitioner.

Can I get rid of a bad bedou I bought online?

Yes. A spiritual cleansing and purification can neutralise the effects of a fake bedou. If you bought something that has caused trouble in your finances or your personal life, a Fa reading can identify what is happening and deal with it.

What is the difference between bedou and Oshole?

Bedou works on the money itself. Oshole works on the person: it aligns your spiritual energy with wealth. Bedou is a technique of the Dahomey tradition. Oshole belongs to the Yoruba tradition. Both draw prosperity, but through different mechanisms.

Why does Master Mietonou not practise bedou?

Out of honesty. Bedou requires a specific transmission that I have not received. I would rather tell you the truth and point you towards what I truly master, Oshole, Imoule and the Vodun rituals of Ouidah, than sell you something I am not qualified to prepare.
